To all my Patriotic brothers and sisters,
Here is your template for filing your own Criminal Complaint . May I suggest we pass this along in conjunction with Neil Turners effort to raise the eligibility issue up at your next City Council meeting. Video tape your presentation for documenting this and keep in mind that at every CC meeting, local reporters will be present. If they choose to print this, save your newspaper article so it can be posted as well.

Certified Mail, return rcpt. Requested, should also be used when sending this to your districts U.S. Attorney, Governor, Attorney General, Mayor and Chief Magistrates in your County. I would also ask that you include the “misprision of felony” caveat with this.
There are no other legal actions which hold promise. This is it folks. Lt. Cmdr. Fitzpatrick has done everything possible to show you how to honor your Oath of Office and/or duty/responsibility as an American so I humbly ask for your participation and, if at all possible, Donate to Walt’s legal defense by going here and either PayPal or mail your support check. What we do now is of paramount importance to him and to us. Our future depends on it.
When serving the Grand Jury Presentments to various entities in GA and in DC I was often asked, by the recipients, what if this doesn’t work.., what then? Always refuse to answer this question as it should be as plain as the nose on your face. There really is no other peaceful action that can be taken. I am preparing for two contingencies. When, in the course of bringing this issue to Rep. Tom Price, (GA), I asked Tom, on two separate occasions, when he was going to do something about this crime? His answer was the bottom line of Elitist truth; “when you make me”.
This is the arrogance we deal with at every level of our governmental society but, to his credit, it is the truth.
So, again, I ask that you send me your videos and definitely your postal delivery confirmations so that I might coordinate this with Neil Turner and show support to the only legal action, currently in play, that has any hope of removing the USRPER once and for all. (Neil’s information and action is at the bottom of this page)

This could work but we must also get to the small businesses we work for and ask them to close up shop during the strike too...
We need to make sure every Patriot and their families have enough supplies to last a while, say at LEAST two weeks. We will declare that only those that agree to this tyranny and slavery will be working and the rest of us are going to take a much needed vacation...let the crooks in DC see how quickly their plans will crumble if the working class no longer plays by their rules....they will find out that the slothful on welfare won't work for them either! I say we need to do this and NOW, why wait? For every day that we wait, this ungodly government steals more of our property and liberty!!!

Time to quit allowing them to call the shots. Let’s get proactive for a change…
After all the research concerning Constitutional eligibility, all the digging into the Birth Certificate, one thing is abundantly clear. Neither you nor I matter. We have no Constitutional standing to question this crime, we have no avenue for redress (although we did when we lived under the rule of Constitutional law).
What we do have is the U.S.A. Corporation where anyone of any Nationality can be C.E.O. (Barry Soetoro).
We can thank Andrew Johnson, Ulysses Grant, Woodrow Wilson, the Banksters, FDR, the Lawyers Guild and the (Marxist) Democratic Party.
But what does all that mean to our Constitution and Bill of Rights?
It means those sacred documents and the ideas they put into law have been effectively suspended. Don’t believe me? Take a look at any Federal building and tell me what flag they display inside. Hint, it isn’t Old Glory. It’s the Admiralty flag and in its presence the Constitution is not recognized.
So what are we to do? You could try to fight it in there playground (the Courts). Been there, done that and it doesn’t work for us.
You could plead your case to the Military who take the Oath to defend it, again, been there done that and it doesn’t work for us.
Or, you can fight with the only weapon left in our arsenal. Money.
I say we stave the beast.
Truckers unite and stop commerce.
You and I go on strike.
Boycott everything but food, fuel, guns and ammo.
The time for talk is over. The time to act is now. This is not a contrived Republican vs Democrat action, it is a Patriotic duty and responsibility we all share. Our kids and future American generations depend on us, right now.
So…
If not you, who?
If not now? when?
If not here, where?
Not willing to pinch your own purse? Welcome yourself to slavery.
Too afraid to get out and march, protest en masse?
You will be punishing all future generations.

Neil’s action
Preliminary report:
1st volley fired in the Mayoral/City Council - ‘Stop the Treason’ Campaign – in Carlsbad, CA.
8 patriots appeared at the Carlsbad City Council meeting at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at the Council Chambers at 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad, CA. We met beforehand so all could get to know each other, and agreed to give a round of supportive applause at the end of the presentation.
At about 20 minutes into the meeting, after discussing and voting on 5 or 6 agenda items, Mayor Lewis called for ‘Public Comment’, and Mr. Turner was first.
The 5 member council listened in attentive silence to the 3 minute presentation (no anger, yawning, or eye-rolling), and the American Grand Jury Presentments/Indictments of January 18, 2010 were ‘served’, together with a copy of the presentation.
All this is done in conformance with California’s Brown Act (check for your State and City rules concerning this):
PUBLIC COMMENT:
In conformance with the Brown Act, no Council action can occur on items presented during Public Comment. A total of 15 minutes is provided so members of the public can address the Council on items that are not listed on the Agenda. Speakers are limited to three (3) minutes each. If you desire to speak during Public Comment, fill out a SPEAKER CARD* and place it in the clear tray on the wall adjacent to the Deputy City Clerk. If there are more than five (5) speakers, the remaining speakers will be heard at the end of the agenda just prior to Council Reports. When you are called to speak, please come forward and state your name and address.

NOTE: I do not expect this Council to take action on this any time soon. But it is one more publicly recorded serving of charges of Election Fraud and Treason against Pelosi, the DNC, and Barack Hussein–the Long-legged MacDaddy–Obama. And all who receive it, and fail to act, become chargeable with 18 U.S.C. §4: Misprision of Felony; and they were so notified in the presentation.
With only 999 more to go, this will be the BHO Crime Syndicate’s ‘death-knell by a thousand cuts’.
