FORCED COMPLIANCE
by Ed Lewis elewis@shighway.com
When government steals:
“Our Government is the potent, the omnipresent teacher. For good or ill, it teaches the whole people by example. Crime is contagious. If the Government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for the law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself.” – Supreme Court Justice Louis D. Brandeis.
This man’s stomach churns with disgust, anger, and frustration during every waking moment of his life and, if that isn’t bad enough, the realizations causing the extreme turmoil and duress often wake him when fatigue finally allows him a few stolen moments of sleep.
What has caused such distress? Primarily it is the fact that people are forced into complying with laws that are not laws but are regulations placed on artificial creations of government. Add to this that one has little recourse in the courts against the dirty SOBs who rob of our rights by enforcing these corporate “rules” as laws applying to the people.
Officials avoid the courts like the plague and the courts help prevent their frauds being put “in the record” by ignoring due process and dismissing cases. Instead such things as tax due statements that are in fact Bills of Attainder – or unusual pains and punishments for owning property – are issued without a suit or by the government being filed. Thus, rather than the fraud being examined in due process through which the people can defend against the theft, counties and cities simply list the property for tax foreclosure sales in newspapers.
If one doesn’t comply and pay the unlawful tax, then his property – his home – will be sold and the county sheriff will forcibly evict the owner from his home. This is in essence armed robbery.
Corrupted officials prevent people from learning the truth through local papers and other media forms by controlling them. The people could still learn the truth but only by spending untold numbers of hours in research, study, and analysis as this man has done. Or, if they wish to confront the officials and try to prevent a seizure, they can spend thousands of dollars on an agent of the State – an attorney – and still lose their property; thus, an exercise in futility this man refuses to get bogged down by.
So, for most people, it is just easier to pay the tax and excuse it away with such asinine “reasons” as “paying my fair share”. Well, it isn’t fair – nor do they have a “share”.
The thefts of money and other property therefore remain in the government’s arsenal of racketeering practices. Consequently, each and every property owner – except perhaps friends of the assessor – are placed in involuntary servitude to a bunch of dipsticks who don’t know the meaning of Liberty nor their responsibility to the people who put them in office.
"The moment the idea is admitted into society that property is not as sacred as the law of God, and that there is not a force of law and public justice to protect it, anarchy and tyranny commence." -- John Adams, A Defense of the American Constitutions, 1787
A visitor from a strange land might ask haw this possibly be America because as soon as any American pays property tax demanded on his home and other belongings against his will, he has been forced into being a slave to the government. And slavery – involuntary servitude – is prohibited in America.
Now, it doesn’t matter if it is just a single, a 50, a 100, a 1000 - or any other number of FRNs (remember, fiat money is prohibited from being used by a State to calculate any tax) – the fact is it is theft. The amount of labor expended to earn the FRNs has been converted to the government’s use and is not longer labor applied to one’s pursuing his own happiness and support of himself and his family. Therefore, that amount of labor is spent in servitude and paying homage to the “master” (stated with great disdain and contempt). Example: $100 at $10/hour equals 10 hours of servitude.
Carrying out a lawsuit against the officials and/or charging them with multiple crimes will hopefully relieve the unrest and distress. But, we must never forget we deal with under color of law courts. Under color courts protect under color processes used by officials exceeding their authority under color of law.
Why is this protection of errant officials and their under color actions a certainty? Elementary. It’s because the thieves – from officials to enforcers to judges - are in it together. It is a vast conspiracy directed to stealing property, maintaining control over the people and property, and using Admiralty courts to enforce whatever it is elected/appointed officials say is “law”.
Thomas Jefferson warned:
"Single acts of tyranny may be ascribed to the accidental opinion of a day. But a series of oppressions, begun at a distinguished period, and pursued unalterably through every change of ministers, too plainly proves a deliberate systematic plan of reducing us to slavery."
So we must get this clear in our minds if we are to be Americans and not mere slaves to a few elected people. WE ARE AT WAR even though most remain ignorant to this fact. John Locke in his “2nd Treatise of Government, 1690”, said it this way:
"Whenever the legislators endeavor to take away and destroy the property of the people, or to reduce them to slavery under arbitrary power, they put themselves into a state of war with the people, who are thereupon absolved from any further obedience..."
We, the flesh and blood men and women of this country, are the sovereignty. When our forefathers fought off the sovereign king, King George III, the people replaced him with themselves and became the sovereign. The sovereignty then created limited governments for the sole purpose of protecting each sovereign’s rights.
“Sovereignty, itself, is, of course, not subject to law, for it is the author and source of law; but in our system, while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government, sovereignty itself remains with the people, by whom and for whom all government exists and acts.” Yick Wo v Hopkins and Woo Loo v Hopkins, 188 US 356 (1886) (My emphasis)
People have been led to wrongfully think of themselves as “citizens of the United States.” Well, unless one is a permanent resident alien or a naturalized “citizen”, one is not a “citizen [person] of the United States. This is an artificial entity under the 14th Amendment, a “person/citizen created by the federal government (or one born in the District of Columbia).
THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT CREATE FLESH AND BLOOD MEN AND WOMEN; it may only create artificial entities. To repeat – flesh and blood creations are not artificial entities made by government and are, therefore, NOT under the jurisdiction of any level of government. Thus, government is subservient to the sovereign and no regulation, law, statute, or mandate made by people in government can apply to them.
“All codes, rules and regulations are applicable to the government authorities only, not human/Creators in accordance with God’s laws. All codes, rules and regulations are unconstitutional and lacking in due process …” Rodriques v Ray Donavan (U.S. Department of Labor), 769 F. 2d 1344, 1348 (1985)
However, word meanings are subverted by officials in order to fool people into believing that de facto laws apply to the sovereign and – even if one knows the difference (for example) between person, “citizen of the United States”, and sovereign – one is still forced into compliance through the government’s use of armed enforcers and their subsequent reliance on corrupted courts to dismiss any actions against the officials.
Samuel Adams had this to say about the perversion of words and tyrants:
“How strangely will the Tools of a Tyrant pervert the plain Meaning of Words!”
Then, Ludwig von Mises had this to say about armed law enforcement and man-made law:
“Government is beating us into submission, imprisoning, and killing...The authority of man-made law is entirely due to weapons of the constables who enforce obedience to its provisions.”
And this from Leo Tolstoy (1828-1910), Russian novelist, one of the world’s most profound social and moral thinkers, and one of the greatest writers of realistic fiction of all time.
“Governments need armies to protect them against their enslaved and oppressed subjects.”
And so this man anguishes. He knows man-made de facto laws, from property tax to rules put on other private property – his autos and other means of conveyance – firearms and the bearing of – ordinances on private property – do not apply to We, the Flesh and Blood People who lack in any bona fide contract with the State (meaning all government). Is he supposed to kill them all for destroying his peace of mind and robbing him of his Liberty?
Our forefathers knew of the dangers in establishing governments. They knew that without constant vigilance government would ignore the limitations placed on them by the U.S. Constitution. Our founders additionally warned us about the relationship between property rights and liberty.
That which they feared has come to pass. Property is no longer sacred. Because it is not held sacred and is repeatedly scavenged by all levels of government, neither are the unalienable rights of Man sacred to the tyrants. With the destruction of private property rights, so was our Liberty destroyed. We are, whether we like the idea or not, slaves to the few.
And so it will be until the People rise and FORCE COMPLIANCE from officials, one way or the other.
"Those who make peaceful resolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable..." President John F. Kennedy, 1963
