On June 11, 2011 I received these documents in the mail. In the section "Special conditions" on page (count 1) 1 you will notice the Judge and Prosecutor state I provided information pertinent to the prosecution of co-defendants Walter Fitzpatrick and Darren Huff. This statement is extremely important as it is the first documented communication I've had with these two criminals since events of April 1, 2011 outside of their Courtroom in Monroe County, TN. At no time have I ever been interviewed. At no time have I ever signed and Afffidavit. In other words, this Court has published perjurous and slanderous statements signed by Judge Harris and DA Stutts for which justice will be sought.
This blatant perjurious statement is further proof of witness tampering as these two partners in crime attempt to drive a wedge between myself, Darren and Walt. As a co-defendant, I was not arrested until a month after Darren and Walt went to trial. Had zero contact with anyone other than the Court Appointed Atty and provided her (Jeanne Wiggins) with only the evidence Walt provided me which was evidence of Jury tampering. Both the Grand Jury and their Petit juries. I did subpoena Judge Harris's appointment records but my return receipt request for delivery of that has yet to be returned meaning his office refused service. Walt has two outstanding Subpoenas for Harris and has also not gotten confirmation of delivery. Avoidance of these properly served documents will be added to the growing list of criminal acts by this foreign, rogue, treasonous TN Judiciary.
Evidence of their crimes include but are not limited to: Jury tampering Witness intimidation/manipulation Filing false/perjurios documents Judicial misconduct RICO violations Prosecutorial misconduct and many more as yet undetermined crimes crimes relating to the fraudulent use and formation of 10th District Grand Juries.
Criminal complaints are being authored as I write. Maybe THEY think this is over but THEY would be sadly mistaken.
It's not like the TN bureau of the FBI is not aware, they are but choose to do nothing. Ditto for the Feds in Knoxville who have been sitting on this for over a year now and continue to ignore this courts criminal behavior. If they think these documents put an end to anything they are sadly mistaken. Neither Walt, Darren nor I will be intimidated by this rogue court. Judge Amy Reedy, Donald P. Harris and head DA James Stutts must be brought to justice but as of this date, June 13, 2011 no enforcement arm will come forward and prosecute these individual's crimes.
