You took an Oath to Protect and Defend the US Constitution right? Have you picked up the Constitution lately and read the 7th Amendment? Or are you thinking that you are in a "Constitution free Zone" as per the so called (un)Patriot Act? Since when do you take an OATH or AFFIRMATION and then just say, Oh Well?

Washington State is an example of defacto 1889 Constitution in other words, appears to be true but actually is NOT! Dejure mean to be REAL.

1878 Washington State Constitution is considered by the Library of Congress the real dejure constitution of Washington State and it agrees with the US Constitution.
1878 Washington State Constitution: "Article XV Sec. 9 None but citizens of the United States, or aliens who have declared their intentions to become such, in accordance with the laws of congress shall be employed in or about any public office in the state, or in any state institution, or in any public work prosecuted by the state."
"Sec 14. The common law of England - applicable to our conditions and circumstances, and not repugnant to, or inconsistent with, the constitution of the United States, or the constitution or laws of this state - shall be in full force and the rules of decision in all courts in the state; but in the event of laws being passed conferring rights or impairing obligations growing out of or founded upon principles of the civil and not the common law, then the rules of the civil law may be resorted to for the purpose of interpretation and decision."

Article IV Judiciary 1889 volume 000.00 defacto WA State Constitution Section 6 JURISDICTION OF SUPERIOR COURTS. "Superior courts and district courts have concurrent jurisdiction in cases in equity [is this even lawful let alone Constitutional?]. The superior court shall have original jurisdiction in all cases [attempts to not allow Common Law Court; is NOT in agreement with the US Constitution] - at law which involve the title or possession of real property, or the legality of any tax import assessment, toll, or municipal fine, and in all other cases in which the demand or the value of the property - - -- -"

The 1889 Washington State defacto Constitution was not, and has not been presented to Congress.
Not complying with the US Constitution would answer why the 1889 has never been presented in Washington DC and is NOT in the Library of Congress as being the actual Constitution for Washington State, it would not be in agreement with the US Constitution.
Now how many other States versions of their Constitutions lack compliance with the US Constitution? "Do you have a defacto or dejure Constitution?
US Constitution: Article VI last paragraph "The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution;"
Therefore if you PROTECT AND DEFEND the US Constitution, the 1889 Washington State and all other defacto constitutions are NULL AND VOID Go back to the REAL Dejure Constitution YOU took an Oath to 'PROTECT AND DEFEND' that does not mean, you do so, just when it is convenient. The time is NOW, protect the US Constitution NOW, or we who are watching will have even more proof of who is choosing to be TREASONOUS and who is not.
