I have 4 words for you; “Forget the Birth certificate”. It doesn't matter. He is not eligible under article ll section 1: No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
Obama states he was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. If that is the case, he was then both an American citizen and a British citizen at birth because his father was a citizen of the British East African Protectorate of Zanzibar. Because Zanzibar had, in 1961, not yet declared its independence from Great Britain Obama was, like his father, a British citizen under Section 32(1) of the British Nationality Act of 1948. Both Obama, Sr. and Obama, Jr. then automatically became citizens of Kenya when the independent nation was formed (from what had been Zanzibar) in 1963. Obama’s British citizenship automatically expired when he turned age 21. As a person born with dual citizenship, Obama is arguably not a natural born citizen and is ineligible to serve as President. The framers of the U.S. Constitution intentionally excluded dual citizens from becoming President because of possible split loyalties.
The birth certificate is insignificant in the argument about his eligibility. Thus,

While the pundits, experts, and uneducated media continues to ignore the one and only way to rid this country of an illegitimate POTUS, BHO continues on his agenda. By the time “We the People” remove him through the ballot box he will have destroyed our Republic.
Benjamin Franklin said the Founders gave us a Republic “ if we could keep it”. Healthcare was an intentional diversion. I firmly believe he didn't expect to get what he wanted, so by creating such a huge crisis he could regulate and pass executive orders in the background bypassing congressional oversight and keeping all of this back door manipulating under the radar of the media. He's got to go and just like the MA election once the American people realize they've been duped they will stand up and do the right thing.
