Following full release of the Transcripts of the CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA Sedition & Treason TRIAL on 27 October 2010, a trial resulting in GULITY ON ALL COUNTS against Columbia University, Past C.U. President Michael Sovern, and Barack Hussein Obama.
ALL sworn public servants (from City Council Members to all Law Enforcement Officers to all elected and appointed governmental servants and Congress-members to the Judiciary to the Supreme Court of the United States) are obligated to act on any and all duly reported Crimes of State, lest they be charged with Misprision of Felony and/or Treason.
Now you, as a patriotic citizen of this Constitutional Republic, have the opportunity to take action to help restore our Constitution – simply by ‘Serving’ these Transcripts on any and all ‘sworn public servants’ you may think of: your City Mayor, your Sheriff, your State Assembly-members, your County Supervisors, your District Court Judges, your Federal Congress-members, and your Supreme Court Justices.
The Notice of Service (see template below; just add your name and contact info if you wish, or make it anonymous) is a simple one-page document that puts all responsible individuals on Constructive Notice, so that none can say ‘I did not know.’

Let no one say ‘I did not know.’ Let no one say ‘I was just following orders (lawful or not).’ You owe it to LTCOL Terry Lakin; you owe it to LCDR Walter Fitzpatrick; you owe it to Desert Storm Navy veteran Darren Huff, and most of all, you owe it to yourself, your family, and your Country.

A Constitutional Citizens Court Trial was held in Harlem, NYC at the ATLAH Church Sanctuary/Courtroom on May 14-18, 2010.
The Trial, known as The C.I.A. COLUMBIA OBAMA Sedition & Treason TRIAL, concluded with a verdict of GUILTY ON ALL COUNTS – against Columbia University, past Columbia University President Michael Sovern, and Barry Soetoro/aka Barack Hussein Obama.
This Citizens Court Trial was authorized by the 9th and 10th Amendments of the U.S. Constitution. When the Federal and State judiciaries abrogate their powers and their sworn duty to act, it is the duty and obligation of the People, who retain those powers under the Constitution, to act accordingly.
The Official Trial Verdicts and Transcripts have been formally published and released at a Press Conference on October 27, 2010.

"Misprision of Felony" 18 U.S.C. § 4:
Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
