LANDMARK PROPERTY RIGHTS CASE FILED
I have attached a landmark property rights case that affects all property owners in the State of Washington and across the United States of America. It does not matter if you are a Democrat or a Republican. This lawsuit, on a local level defines what all states have done to our property rights. WE HAVE NONE! We have been led to believe that a deed is title, it is not. We have no property rights because the state is claiming title. If you do not believe what I am saying look up the definitions of deed and then of title and compare in Black’s law dictionary. You may think you own your land? Try not paying your taxes and see what the government liens or takes first. Our original land titles were signed by the President of the United State of America and it states on that document that the Land Patent title can be left to ones estate or other assignees. The title can never be broken. Therefore, your title is actually sitting there ready for you to bring forward into your name if you know how to do it.
This information is for you to use, and what you choose to do with it is up to you; but we can turn this around and demand that the wrongs be corrected.
Our country was originally designed by our forefathers so that the federal government couldn’t do to the free people of the United States as the governments in Europe had done to their subjects. Our forefathers did not intend for us to be subjects. Our forefathers were fed up with kings, so they set out to make United States citizens sovereigns in their own right.
The laws were set up with tariffs to pay for the United States government and on the local level the services that were to be provided by government was provided through contracts with the people. The government was never given the ability to tax or take the land from the sovereign people for any reason. They did this because they did not want the new country to be like the one they had left, where they essentially all persons became slaves to the Government. This was called the feudal system, which is exactly what we have today in this country; where government owns everything and we give what the government demands of our labor.
