The case of (Ret) Lt. Cmdr. Walter Francis Fitzpatrick is over two years old and still continues. One man v corrupt courts and a Treasonous putative POTUS. You'd best say a prayer for his success.
These are the documents that were filed with the Clerk of Court in Monroe County, TN and used to attempt the arrest of those so noted.
Clerk refused to issue Arrest Warrants but stamped his Docs. as having been received.
You'll first hear Mr. Fitzpatrick filing all the appropriate documents in the clerks office and then proceeding to arrest Mr. Pettway. Then he arrests Deputy Sherriff Byrum... When the Madisonville Police did arrive, outside the court house, Mr. Fitzpatrick explained the law to them, they understood but allowed the Sherriffs to arrest him anyway. They failed to uphold their oaths by not taking Pettway and Byrum into custody. Only question is.., who will, if not you, when will you, if not now, where will it happen, if not Madisonville?
The recording below was done on the 16th of April and clearly shows Mr. Fitzpatrick was ordered to appear before an officer of the court (phsycologist/phsyciatrist) and did, without any representation by a court appointed atty. It is also the first time in fifteen (15) that days he was Mirandized.

I called Senator Lamar Alexander’s (R-TN) office yesterday morning, to ask what he is doing about the unconstitutional and illegal arrest of Commander Fitzpatrick in Madisonville, TN, and spoke at length to ‘Heather’. Some of the points I made were: ·Is the Senator aware of the significance of the fact that, after a quarter of a century of deliberations, findings, convictions, and incarcerations by an illegal Grand Jury in Monroe County, TN – that all should be rendered Null and Void, thousands should be freed, and $millions in reparations should be paid?; ·Is the Senator aware of the crime of Jan 8, 2008, when all 535 members of Congress confirmed the electoral votes for a known ineligible (not Natural Born) candidate for the Presidency – without a single OBJECTION to the certifying of those electoral votes?; ‘Heather’ said: ·The Senator is aware of the Commander Fitzpatrick situation; ·This issue is not in the Senator’s area of responsibility. If you have a complaint against members of the TN judiciary, you should contact the ‘TN Courts of the Judiciary’ in Nashville (615-741-2687) and file a complaint form. Perhaps you could get one filled out, and we can post a completed one that many can download, signed, and submitted – with or without getting it notarized. We can flood them with such a complaint from all across the country – with a copy sent to Senator Alexander’s office. ·Have you reported (the electoral confirmation vote of Jan 8, 2008) to your CA State Congress-members? ANSWER: They are all complicit in this, just as Senator Alexander is. I can’t report to criminals that they’ve committed a crime – and ask them what they’re going to do about it, now can I? ·I’m sorry. There is nothing more we can do here. Again, it’s not in the Senator’s area of responsibility. RESPONSE: I gave her my name and address (in CA) as she had asked, and told her I would continue doing what I had to do to bring justice in these matters. Carry on, Commander.
