If you think it's Naïve to expect our Judiciary to preform their duties according to the "Rule of Law" then I Carl Swensson, Walter Fitzpatrick, Darren Huff and many others will gladly wear that label. The question for you becomes.., what will YOU do to restore our country to its Constitutional basis? Left to their own devices, and these Judges have been, they have literally destroyed our courts with corruption on a scale that is completely unimaginable. Justice is not theirs to pervert for power and/or financial gain yet that is exactly what has happened. We no longer have Constitutional courts. This we have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt. We are reasonable people and have asked reasonable questions the time has come for you to do the same.
