O.K., here's the timeline and progress to date...
We'll start with the Common Law Grand Jury..,
March 28th:
At approx. 4:15 p.m. March 28th in the city of Stockbridge Ga. the people of Georgia returned an Indictment against Barack Hussein Obama!!!!!!
25 Jurists, duly sworn in, heard tesitmony and in a unanimous vote,
Indicted the usurper.
March 31:
Indictments have been served to the U.S. Attorney for
the Northern District of GA., GA. A.G., GA. Asst A.G., Ga. Senate President
and GA. Speaker of the House.., So far. More to come. For the delivery

April 2:
Drove all night to attend the Nob Creek Machine Gun Shoot just south of Louisville, Kentucky. My Darling wife was not at all pleased...
April 3:
With the help of Theresa Padgett we set up a booth right next to the firing range and proceeded to hand out Flyers and talk to people about what Dr. Orly Taitz and I were doing to fight for them and the threatoned Second Amendment changes proposed by this potentially illegal POTUS. Many were in complete support and signed on to our joint cause.
April4:
Busiest day at the shoot which included a personal appearance by Dr. taitz. By days end we had handed out over 2,000 flyers and had over 300 signatures from people representing 27 states and an additional 20 former high ranking Military retirees who signed on to be Plaintiffs in Dr. Taitzs Quo Warranto suit. Each signatory recieved an in depth explanation as to what it was they were signing. All in all, a very productive visit. Many more were encouraging our efforts but AFRAID to put their names on anything for fear of reprisal which I can totaly understand.
April 5:
Very few showed up for Sundays shoot so we packed up at 2:00 and I hit the road...
April 6:
Came back to a mountain of E-Mails in support and wanting to be hooked up with others in their state. Did my level best to accomodate. Started working with Bob Campbell who started an On-Line Grand Jury at AmericanGrandJury.org. We are all in this together.
April 7:
Called those offices that recieved the Indictments and here are the results..,

April 8th:
Had a meeting with A Chief of Police (ongoing dialoque and I'd rather not share the name at this point) and he lent a sympathetic ear and assured me he would assist in finding Sheriffs.
April 9th:
Made contact with the first Sheriff and set up a meeting for Monday. First interested party, thank God.
April 10th:
I was given the name of a second Sheriff who I will contact after Monday (hope to get a good referral from the first meeing). So it is well underway and I'm excited about the prospects of next week not to mention the need to actually do a litle more work with my own company.
April 13th:
Met with a County Sheriff this morning and delivered Indictments. He was totally unaware of the name "Barry Soetoro" so I gave him the history and reminded him that he has the unique power to force discovery of the documents. I was able to tell him all about the actions I've taken and showed him the list with the names those who support my efforts. He then went on to say he would call the District Atty., who was not available last week, and set up a meeting.
In the mean time I have other sheriffs to contact and follow up work with the original people served.
Dogged pursuit of justice continues...
April 16th:
I can tell you this much.., after a minor and semi-expected setback yesterday I found myself having to be resigned to the fact that it will take one heck of a lot of legwork to find willing players and on my way out of the courthouse I turned and looked up at this building and thought, There’s more than one chance in that building, so I turned back around and with a determined pace, strode into the one office my feet pointed me too. What I found, to my surprise, was a fellow Patriot who eagerly quoted Thomas Jefferson and he led me into his office. There, we sat and discussed the actions of our Common Law Grand Jury and unlike all the others I’ve contacted he was able to show me the path of least resistance and most effectiveness. Call it what you will but I felt myself being led directly to this man and I promise you this.., we will succeed.
All of my friends who ponder their moves and reason through the various options have already hit upon the answer.
April 20:
Phone calls to local Jurisdictions are starting to pay off as I'm now getting requests for a copy of our Indictment which will be circulated to the appropriate Judges and Sheriffs.
If I can do it, so can you. You can't honestly believe there won't be ONE Judge who will act on this, can you? I don't. Meeting today with more who seem eager to listen.
To all those in Georgia I would ask that you contact your local authorities and let them know what's occurred and set up a meeting where you can present our findings which I will supply. We are entering the final stage of action so whatever you do, don't stop!!!
April 21:
Delivered Proffer to Judge. Will await his response and those of State officials.
April 28:
After extensive research I have come to conclusion that the absolute course and direction we must all pursue is that of delivering the Proffer (found here--http://www.riseupforamerica.com/georgiacontactsforyou/whattogivethem.html, along with-- http://www.riseupforamerica.com/orientation101omg.html) to your County Magistrates/Circuit Court Judges (anyone can do that) and to those authorized to, a copy of your State Grand Jury Presentments/Indictments.
I will have one more addition to this package by days end.
May 3:
Went on the PatriotHearts Blog Talk Radio program and was joined by Tim Harington and Commander Walter Francis Fitzpatrick III. Walter filed a criminal complaint with the Tennessee Eastern District U.S. Attorney on March 17th accusing BHO of TREASON.
On the program he openly called for all people to file his complaint and one of their own making, if you so desire (using his as a template, minus the US Naval Academy letterhaed), with every Local and State Prosecuting Attorney you can find with the additional request of asking for a WRITTEN response. We need to get them all on record for future actions.

Refining how we file
At 1:45 pm EST I arrived at the GA Henry County Police Station and took with me a copy of the Presentment, Commander Fitzpatrick's criminal complaint and a letter of introduction. In that letter I clearly stated that that failure to act on this would make the recipient guilty of Misprision of Felony and that all communications concerning this matter would be made public along with the names of all involved.
First met with Officer Pessly of the HCPD and although she didn't know how to classify this she issued a case number.., 09-008271 which I can now use for every jurisdiction in the State when serving our papers. I then took that case number, Presentment, criminal complaint and cover letter to the Sheriff's office where I met with Major David Foster. He was cordial and eager to hear what I had to say. I nipped the "it's not our jurisdiction" argument in the bud by saying fraud had been committed in his County and also the fact that he was now on the hook for having received Commander Fitzpatrick's criminal complaint and failure to act would make HIM guilty of Misprision of Felony.
I'm tired of pussyfooting arround with bureaucrats. Time to hold their feet to the fire.
I expalined my previous attempts to the Sheriff McBrayer after catching him at the elevator and let him know of the new developments while also advising him that this will be followed, on the Internet by thousands of readers.
Here's the bottom line: We start at the very bottom, Clerk of Court or a Policeman and issue a complaint. We then are issued a case number which can be used in all subsequent filings within your State. This will also allow you to follow the progress to the end, whatever that might be and you'll know who progressed it or who stopped it.
So there it is, do it and follow up.

Met with most all attendees and spread the word of our actions. Was warmly received and totally enjoyed the experience. One negative... I found out that a good friend Dr. Daneen Peterson, Phd. was in attendance but never crossed paths. Sorry Daneen.

On my return trip I Filed first at the Bacon County Court House Probate Judge Joe A. Boatright. He said he would forward to Superior Court Judge H. Frederick Mullis Jr. of the Waycross District. 912-632-7661

Called ahead and arranged a meeting with Oconee Judicial Circuit Court Judge H. Fredrick Mullis, Jr., Chief Judge at the Dodge County Courthouse in Eastman, Ga.
I explained the filing and he said he could think of no State Law that would allow him to act upon these documents BUT added, there may may one who would. Didn't get a name of who that Judge might be but it just goes to show how totally lacking in Moxy these Officials are and how little regard most have for our Constitution. He handed the documents back and I took them knowing that he would be receiving them anyway from Judge Boatwright.
May 26th:
